Biozyme utilize the complex xenobiotic compounds of dyestuff as substrate and in this process , they are broken down to less complex compounds which are no more hazardous to environment and human health.
The recalcitrant dyes present in the effluent are utilized by the novel enzymes present in our product during their metabolic processes.
The efficacy of the Biozyme is measured in dye concentration (ppm). Our research shows that it degrades and detoxifies upto 98-99% of contaminants present in the textile effluent.
We have tested it for 6 months now at various ETPs/CETPs and it is working efficiently so far.
Troubleshoting
It is a natural source of pioneer enzyme technology that offers to degrade dye contamination from huge amount of effluent being discharged from textile industries. It is an efficient alternative to the toxic and hazardous chemicals that are being currently utilized for wastewater treatment. It works excellently well with any volumes of water from 5-500 MLD . Also, it complies with pollution control board (PCB) guidelines thus reducing the threat of closure and heavy fines from the PCB.
